Train Your Employees
Training Site
The store linked to a Videodif account can be used as a training site presenting videos to your employees. The site is customizable with the colors and logo of the company. Access to this site or to a particular video can be protected by an email authentication system. So only users from a domain (for instance @mycompany.com) can access the site. The list of allowed domains is defined on your Videodif profile.

In companies, access to videos will usually be free. You can set a password on each video to give different level of access.
Learning Servers
Videodif videos can be directly accessed from an e-learning platform (LMS) if compatible with SCORM 2004 or LETSI RTWS. Authentication, access and progress tracking are managed by the LMS.

Assess Skills
Skills and competencies can be assessed by asking questions on the comment board of the video. The global score, completion level and time spent are tracked. Results are viewable on reports from the Videodif editor or from the company’s LMS.
Pricing
There are no subscription, installation or maintenance fees for the company. The cost of the service is limited to one credit for each half-hour of effective playing time.

Videodif can render the face-to-face experience with all the benefits of e-learning, with no configuration whatsoever and for a minimal cost. For instance, a 10-hours training done with Videodif will cost less than €3 to the company.
Additional Options
The email address of a tutor can be specified on the Resources pages. But if the video is to be played from a LMS, it’s the LMS which will provide the tutoring features..

Note that multiple authors can work for one single account. This way authors don’t have to manage credits and payments but can edit the videos of the main account.

Access to reports can be authorized to external users by giving them a password. A supervisor can then view user results without having access to the Videodif editor.
